Maestrissimo is a show “allegro e molto vivace” halfway between a chamber concert, a satirical comedy and a period portrait, which shows, in the purest YLLANA style, the adventures and misadventures of a string quartet in an undetermined period between the 17th and 18th centuries (Baroque and Neoclassicism).

A fill-in musician, a second without surnames but with enormous talent, will try to progress through the ranks and achieve the title of maestríssimo. Will his talent and genius be enough to gain a foothold in such a hierarchical world? Will he get the prestige he rightfully deserves?
